Features
Everything it takes to run a multi-channel ecommerce warehouse.
Orders from every store land in one pick queue, and one order can ship from more than one warehouse. Pickers follow a route planned by walking distance on a phone, or from a printed pick list. Packers print labels through your own shipping platform, and the bench camera keeps a still of the open parcel.
WAREHOUSE LAYOUT
Draw the floor once, and pick routes follow real walking distance.
Racks, bays, levels, walls and pack benches go in to scale on a 2D plan, and the 3D view shows the route around them.

PICKING
Each picker's phone shows the bin, the item and the next turn.
Each warehouse sets how strict scanning is, and picks made without signal wait on the phone and sync when it returns.

PACKING
Labels print at the pack bench through your own shipping platform.
Scan any item from a mixed cart to open its order, a bench camera photographs the open parcel, and tracking from Shippit, Starshipit or ShipStation goes back to the store.

EVERY STORE, ONE QUEUE
Orders from every store land in one pick queue.
- STORES
- Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and any store on the OptiWMS API feed one queue, with eBay coming soon. The tracking number goes back to the store that sold it.
- OPTIWMS GRAPHQL API
- Your own systems can create orders, read and adjust stock, and see each order's status and tracking over the OptiWMS GraphQL API, with an organization API key for each integration.
- WEBHOOKS
- Order, stock and return events reach your own systems, signed so you can check they came from OptiWMS, with up to six delivery attempts each.
STOCK
Stock by variant and bin, in every warehouse you run.
Restock tasks refill pick faces from overflow, deliveries are checked against the purchase order, and cycle counts reconcile against a ledger of every movement.

REPORTS
Reports for the questions a warehouse manager asks each morning.
Order cycle time and SLA breaches, picks per hour by operator, supplier on-time rates, ABC classes and stock aging, each exported to CSV.
