Each variant is its own pick line.

Size, color and barcode come from Shopify, and the phone shows the bin to scan.

Shopify

One store, or several, each with its own locations and catalog.

Locations: Stock reaches Shopify only for the locations you map to a warehouse. The quantity is the warehouse's available units, minus units already claimed by open orders that are not picked yet, minus your buffer.
Catalog: Connecting the store imports its products, and later changes in Shopify arrive within seconds. While a product stays linked, its name, barcode, weight, price, image and variant options come from Shopify.
Fulfillment: A paid order becomes a sales order in the pick queue. When it ships, OptiWMS creates the fulfillment in Shopify with the tracking number, and Shopify emails the customer.

Map each Shopify location you ship from to an OptiWMS warehouse and save. Stock sync to those locations starts then.

Products import from the store, including each variant's barcode, price, image and options such as size and color.

Map each Shopify shipping rate to a carrier service on Shippit, Starshipit or ShipStation.

Install OptiWMS app on the pack-bay computer, pair the thermal printer, and print a test label.

A paid order arrives in the pick queue. When it ships, Shopify receives the fulfillment and the tracking number.
